Position: Project Manager Location: Mumbai
NOTE: We are looking at 6 years exp with ctc as 6 lakhs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Excellent organizational skills, process oriented thinking, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and good grasp of business concepts
• Experienced with the various phases of project management including requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, QA testing, training, and support.
• Effectively prioritizes and accurately identifies project tasks and controls project scope, schedule and resources
• Accountable for project delivery and client interactions related to the same
• Creates and maintains applicable project documentation
• Acts as a focal point for project issues and escalates when appropriate
• Identify and mitigate risks on projects
• Facilitates communication with other departments to meet project goals and client expectations
• Experience with vendor procurement processes and integration/ customization as required by client
• Strong team management and inter personal skills are a must; should be able to work with a diverse high performance team
Desired candidate profile:
• Overall min 6 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and the local language
• Ability to make conceptual design decisions and to be able to communicate creative rationale
• Good understanding of print, digital and web technologies
• Must have experience in project management in advertising agency or digital marketing firm
