It offers the first "G" of Inside Sales i.e. Lead Generation Services which help to optimize the clients efforts and focus them on the right prospects.


Job description:
  • Will be responsible to handle team of Business Development Executives
  • Responsible to Identify, Create, Develop, Maintain & Selling of IT Managed / Telecomm / Infrastructure Management / Remote Infrastructure Management Services across the US & UK, which includes end-to-end implementation / maintenance / Services Support for the entire Network Management Services
  • Comfortable in generating new innovative business opportunities / Leads through initiating sales activities such as: Cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, networking, channel relationship, demonstrating, closing deals at C-Level Executives and Experienced in channel selling of multidimensional IT infrastructure solutions and managed services across the public and private sectors.
  • Actively involved in Lead Generation, appointment fix-up, follow-up, Webinar setup, demonstrations, credential pitching, solution pitching, concept/white papers, industry conferences & events Negotiation, and handover of account Management to the concern team.
  • Involved in presenting to potential clients through Cold calling, direct contact, Web Meetings, Telephone Calls, Email campaigning, collateral, Onsite / Offsite Presentations, Direct communication (F2F) by Vertical / Territory / Business Leader.
  • Involved in selling IT managed services such as Network Infrastructure Solutions which includes Network Assessments / Design / Deployments, Remote Monitoring, L1,L2,L3 Services, Secure Wireless Networks, Network Security & Architecture, Database / Desktop / Helpdesk Management solution & service support.
  • Pro-actively hunt for the target organizations and establish communications with the businesses that can be benefit from services offerings.
  • Involved in developing and manage sales/marketing tools and collateral/SLA for existing and new clients.
  • Involved in Tracking of process related RFP/RFQ//RFI's and assisting with responses.
  • Accountable for all client proposals, Contracts, documentation, follow-ups and more.
  • Involved in managing & maintaining the prospect/pipelines /Data tracking, monitoring and reporting in current using CRM tools like Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM, ACT.


Job description:
  • Contact potential customers to qualify leads and provide required information, schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for ; advancing the sales process. Communicate with outside sales staff to obtain required data and prepare sales quotations based on specifications provided. Review quotations for accuracy and issue to potential customers.
  • Generate revenues by providing ongoing customer contact and by closing opportunities.
  • Assist with lead generation through cold calling and obtaining referrals in conjunction with marketing staff andother resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities in order to generate demos.
