Position: Manager / Senior Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5-8 years in any BPO service provider, including:
- SELLING the BPO's service to Companies
- SECURING Outsourcing Contracts for the BPO Service Provider
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT with Customer Companies on behalf of the BPO Service Provider
- TRANSITIONING and IMPLEMENTATION of BPO Contracts secured for the BPO Service Provider
Candidate Profile:
- Good Contacts from BPO industry
- Good Communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Excel & Internet Surfing
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Creative bent of mind, attention to Detail, Innovative & Creative
