Certifications:
- CSQA,
- Internal Auditor
- CMM / CMMi,
- Auditing skills,
- Data analysis (important),
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,
- Self-motivated & assertive,
- Having Statistical knowledge
- Guide\Train teams in understanding CMMi & QMS
- Facilitate Pms to define\tailor processes for their project.
- Audit Project Managers for process compliance
- Track non-compliances to closure
- Timely and accurate reporting & escalations
- Attend kick-offs and team meetings
- Suggest process improvements
- Collect and Analyse data
- Share analysis with project teams
- Assist PMs to conduct root cause analysis
- Perform gap analysis against the CMMi model
- Identify and share best practices
- Forsee project risks
- Conduct work-product reviews whenever feasible
