- McAfee Configuration & Management of McAfee Antivirus application for desktops
- Develops technology implementation plans for primary and secondary Anti-Virus server environments
- Troubleshoot Antivirus issues such as virus outbreaks, virus definition issues
- Resolution of Incident/problem/request logs within contracted SLA targets and working with Help Desk Analysts to ensure users are regularly updated
Required Skills:
- Experienced in Mcafee EPO 4.5, 4.00 & 3.6 , VSE8.7, HIP 7.0
- Experience in maintaining AV sites, AV client maintenance strategy
- Experience in managing virus outbreaks
- Experience in Antivirus Client deployment strategy
- Experience in Reporting task.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English Very Client focused with regards to service delivery Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
- Ability to prioritise
- Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see issues and problems through to resolution
- Good organisational, interpersonal and documentation skills
- Must be versatile and able to adjust to different target audiences
- Open to learn new technologies & deliver as per the service requirement
