Competencies Required:
1. More than 4 year experience in PeopleSoft.
2. Good learning and communication skills
3. Ability to do correct estimation
4. Raise early alert on delivery issues.
5. Execution of work for ensuring completion of development on time & good quality compliance.
6. Preparation of Status Report, MOM
7. Has preferably some experience in a medium or big company with a complex IT environment

2. Strong knowledge of Application Designer
3. Experience on working with AM type of engagement.
4. Must have hands on experience on PL/SQL
Preferred Skills:
5. Experience of any one upgrade project and Knowledge of upgrade process
6. Basic understanding of shell scripting
7. Worked on CRM with knowledge of Sales Module.
