Skills:

1. Core Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle 10g
2. Good experience in writing complex and optimized SQL Queries and improving query / database performance in dealing with large set of data
3. JBOSS, SEAM Exposure
4. Good at communication, Pro-active, Self Starter, Quick, Flexible, +ve attitude, onsite experience / client communication exp.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with customer on all technical issues,
6. Ability to communicate with team members so that all technical aspects related to the project conform to required standards in terms of deliverables.
7. Good Technical writing, documentation and presentation skills
8. Ability to mentor and guide a new members on technology and domain oriented issues, ability to review their work and mentor them in a hands on manner
9. Participate from a technology and innovation perspective within the group forum
10. Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with customer on all technical issues
11. Ensure all milestones are delivered in quality and on time to the satisfaction of the customer

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science)/MCA/MS/M.Tech/MIT

Experience: 5+ years
