Job description for Service Manager - USSD product:
- Manage day to day service related issue across deployment
- Will be responsible to ensure SLA and TAT for all the issues reported across deployment.
- Will be handling a team of 2 to 5 Engineers.
- Should be a good team player - Responsible for team motivation and lower attrition rate.
- Will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the services across deployment.
- Will involve lot of stakeholder management as part of day to day activities.
- Should have good analytical ability.
- Should have good understanding of J2EE, XML and Linux.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Telecom domain experience would be added advantage.
- Relevant experience should be around 4 to 6 years.
- Candidate must be experienced in managing the customer and software deployment / implementation at client site
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a self-motivated, high-energy and confident individual who can focus and deliver as promised with basic managerial support, coupled with the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment.
- Candidate must have atleast 4 years of industry experience with a minimum of 2 years in project management, consulting or CRM field in IT, Media, consumer research or telecommunication industry.
- Candidate having experience in Software development life cycle is most preferred.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with good academic record.
Note: This position may involve travel to locations within India or abroad.
Min. Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCSE / MCP /RHCE certificates preferred
