Position: Solution Architects

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Major Activities:

• Acquiring market share in the Enterprise Business by promoting competitive (cost effective) best-fit solution permissible under regulation through understanding of customer needs and use of Bundling and Innovation.
• Understand wide product range and propose mix and match of products matching the customer requirements.
• Formalizing process of delivery of ordered services
• Providing guidance to the Product/ Technology team in terms of new product development
• Defining customized SLOs / SLA/ SLGs.
• Pricing & tariff of customized solutions.
• Influencing the customer decision making process by innovation and advances in products.

Essential Qualifications: BE (Computer Science / Electronics ) / BE & MBA

Required Technical Skills:

• Understanding of various network technologies like MPLS, VoIP, SDH.
• Thorough Knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, HSRP etc.
• Knowledge of Managed Services offered in the market
• Knowledge of regulatory framework
• Good working knowledge of MS office suite like Excel, word and power point.
• Ability to present the techno-commercials to customers.

Required Functional Skills:

• IP and TDM technologies
• Transmission Technologies and various interfaces supported on telecom networks.
• Commercials preparation, understanding of various products used at customer end.
• Knowledge of ERP, Mail, internet applications.
