Immediate job openings for Alliance / Partner Management experts with a US MNC based in Hyderabad

Company: an US IT MNC

Position: Partners / Alliances management (Will be part of the Alliances function in the Marketing Team)

Experience: 4 – 6 years in managing partnerships and/or marketing activities, campaigns, business relationships

Location: Hyderabad

Work Hours: US time zone (IST 7.00 pm – 4.00 am)

Background / Need:

  • We have many strategic and tactical partnerships including SAP, Oracle, HP Software, Microsoft, Adobe, Turnkey Solutions, Applimation, Arrow, Ingram Micro and a few others. We leverage these partnerships for partner products, joint sales, lead generation and software reselling (HP). Our primary objective is to generate revenues from these partnerships. We are also required to meet partner specific license revenue commitments. We help our partners sell their products / solutions that are complimentary to our services in the ERP, Testing and E-Business space.
  • We need a resource to independently work with the assigned partners to generate leads, manage partnerships logistics, maintain and build new relationships, achieve partner level targets and our service revenue targets. This is a highly sensitive role and any minor mistakes in communication or managing relationships may cause major damage to Intelligroup brand and support received from partners.

Skills for the profile:

  • Over 4 years of experience in managing partnerships with software vendors and/or services partners
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have strong email and telephone etiquettes
  • Must be a good ambassador of Intelligroup brand. Smart thinking and sales skills
  • Must have strong accountability and responsible attitude
  • Must be a team player and should be able to closely work and intelligently with internal teams (Sales, BDC, Practice) and partner teams (Channel Managers, Field Sales and Product Development teams)
  • Must have good understanding of software services, basic understanding of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and HP Software technologies
  • Strong follow up and status tracking
  • Must be able to achieve defined KRAs / MBOs on a quarter-on-quarter basis. MBOs will be defined for Licenses revenue generation for partners and Services revenue for Intelligroup through partners
