Aptech Limited (www.aptech–worldwide.com) is looking for Project Manager / Account Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:
Internal:

• Planning the project w.r.t. execution methodology and timelines
• Identify risk factors and take adequate precautions
• Creating task schedules and timelines for resources
• Review and monitor projects & take corrective measures where required
• Create reports and records of project progress
• Appraise resources post project

Customer Interface:

• Be in constant touch with and manage customers
• Ensure customer deliverables to reach operation team in time
• Handle customer objections
• Ensure speedy resolution of customer issues, pain areas

Authority:

• Decides on execution methodology of project
• Decides on viability of a project and can reject a project with suitable explanation
• In case of exigencies decide in favor of effective execution
• Contingency management followed with due approval ratifications.

Desired:

• Exposure to IT / IT knowledge / IT Project Management.
• Achieve "Customer Satisfaction" through effective and timely execution of all Projects/Testing Implementations.
