Position: Software Engineer – Support Stream
Location: Mumbai – Andheri (E)
Skills:
- Qualified to Diploma level as a minimum requirement in mathematics or IT related subjects
- 3 - 5 years experience in a commercial IT environment
- At least 2 years hands-on support for systems deve! loped using Visual Basic 6 or VB.Net, ODBC, ADO, COM, DCOM, ASP, XML
- A good knowledge of SQL Server 2000, 2005 including merge replication
- Experience in supporting and enhancing SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services
- Undertaking the day to day support for the CMT production systems, back office applications and reporting services. The role is hands-on and responsibility for a range of components is expected.
- Working closely with team leaders, IT colleagues, Business representatives and users, 3rd party vendors and outsource partners to provide the best support to meet business needs. This includes working a pre determined shift pattern based around the UK day and out of hours call out responsibilities.
- Working within Coinstar Money Transfer providing support for CMT systems, Operations and Product Management.
