• Implement Revised Business Processes and meet Target Metrices within two Quarters of implementation.

Job dimensions:

• Will be representing Supply Chain in the BPR project for Finance being done with help of External Consultant.
• Will have two more peer team members in the ERP modification to incorporate revised business processes.
• The entire deliverables would require atleast 12-15 months to complete.

Essential Attributes:

• Ability to analyze business processes.
• Innovative abilities to come up with simple alternatives / changes.
• Ability to visualize impact of changes across the end-to-end processes for Capacity Management, Service Delivery, etc.
• Good Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve deadlocks.- Ability to drive change.

Desirable Attributes:

• Understanding of Supply Chain.
• Exposure to SAP or Oracle ERP.
