Objectives:
- Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management
- Review Business Processes in Supply Chain based on Internal Customer Delivery Commitments so as to align the entire end-to-end process with organisational goals for Capacity Management, Service Delivery to Customer, Product / Service Roll-out etc.
- Benchmark process metrics with industry best practices and define target metrices for revised processes.
- Prepare an Implementation Plan with due attention to aspects of Change Management.
- Drive necessary changes in ERP implementation to enable revised Business Processes to be implemented.
- Drive the Implementation of the revised Business Processes.
- Revised Business Processes for Supply Chain.
- Measure and Map Process metrics to industry best practices.
- Target Metrices for Supply Chain Business Processes.
- Implementation Plan to Implement Revised Business Processes.
- Implement Revised Business Processes and meet Target Metrices within two Quarters of implementation.
- Will be representing Supply Chain in the BPR project for Finance being done with help of External Consultant.
- Will have two more peer team members in the ERP modification to incorporate revised business processes.
- The entire deliverables would require atleast 12-15 months to complete.

Essential Attributes:
- Ability to analyze business processes.
- Innovative abilities to come up with simple alternatives / changes.
- Ability to visualize impact of changes across the end-to-end processes for Capacity Management, Service Delivery, etc.
- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve deadlocks.- Ability to drive change.
- Understanding of Supply Chain.
- Exposure to SAP or Oracle ERP.
