Position: SCM Admin
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support AD teams in daily end-use of Clearcase / PVCS / TrueChange in a mixed Unix/Windows environment,
- Onboard and train new users to Clearcase / PVCS / Truechange
- Work with project teams for application on boarding projects all levels of support for incident- and problem management
- Clearcase / PVCS / TrueChange / Subversion Server administration on UNIX with SAN / NAS storage
- Clearcase infrastructure migrations (Vobs and views)
- Clearcase infrastructure back-up and DR
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of all platform services activities, processes, and procedures
- Deployment of SCM solutions: trigger scripts and SCM strategies.
- Administration of PVCS
- Administration of Subversion.
- Administration of TrueChange
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in IT industry with minimum 1.5 years of experience in Clearcase administration or Other SCM tool (PVCS / TrueChange / Subversion).
- Must have proven record of strong scripting abilities with at least shell and Perl
- Knowledge of Windows and other UNIX/Linux based operating systems is important
- Experience of large scale Clearcase/PVCS/TrueChange/subversion infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of IT security concepts and risk management
- Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines in order to meet service level agreements
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Shifts (
