Position: Senior Programmer / Programmer
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Project Manager/Team Lead
Job summary:
- Will be involved in developing the various modules of the Trading system basically the RMS (Risk Management Server), Charts and Thick Client
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience developing Swing/GUI multithreaded applications in Java
Requirements:
- Should be well versed in the following concepts
- Network/Socket Programming
- Multithreaded applications
- Well versed with Object Oriented Programming System Concepts
- Inter Thread Invokes and Inter Thread Communication
- Visual Inheritance and sub classing controls
- Reflection
- Queues
- Knowledge of system development using message broker architecture (JMS - Java Message Service)
- Knowledge of developing web based application using
- Added advantage if the candidate has knowledge/experience of capital markets
- Well versed in SQL with sound knowledge of RDBMS
- Practical knowledge of Change Control Software (CVS) and testing software
