Position: Level 3 Support – Drupal engineers

Job description:

1) Excellent exposure to Drupal Software

2) Total of 5+ Yrs of experience in the IT

3) Minimum 2 Yrs in supporting and troubleshooting Drupal

4) Good soft skills for written/oral communication with client

5) Able to work independently, own responsibility

6) Flexible to attend meeting in Americas time zone (if required)

7) Analytic ability in order to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions

Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, physics, etc.)

Work Location: Bangalore
