Mandatory skills:

- Swing
- XML
- Java Script
- Any application server
Desired skills:
- Used design patterns
- Aware of various styles, rapidly change look & feel, GUI standards
- Multithreading & usability considerations
Experience:
- Experience in using UML or Eclipse or CVS
- Telecom OR Banking Domain / Product Development experience is a must
