Position: Sr. H.R. (Recruiter)
Location: Bangalore.
Client: 24/7 Customer Care Inc.
Desrired Skills:
- Should have minimum 2-4 years of experience.
- Should have knowledge of Joining formalities, Induction, Execution of HR policy, Payroll queries, TDS, Reimbursements, Retiral benefits and Exits.
- Support the Business units in meeting Resourcing requirements
- Manage the Company Brand for the purpose of Resourcing
- Involved in the recruitment process through advertisements / placement agencies/job portals
- Identification of headhunters and development of an excellent working relationship with them
- Responsible for contribute to the recruitment plan and strategies for recruitment
- Manage walk-ins, lateral and campus recruitments
- Identification of interview panel
- On selection negotiate, finalise salaries, fix joining date and follow-up for closure
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment process.
- Candidate from BPO OR IT Company background will be preferred.
- Schedule meetings with the company clients and the management.
- Organize board meetings for the employees.
- Scrutinize resumes from the company database to check if candidates are eligible for attending the interviews.
