- Any. The person can be from any domain but should have worked on multiple projects in management / coordination role.
Technical Expertise:
- Any, this is more of a project management role and any particular set of technical skills is not being given preference.
IMPORTANT!!:
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- MS Project
- Other PM tools, MS Excel, Reporting tools are desired (not mandatory though)
• Monitor and report project status on a regular basis
• Compile and track project granular tasks and plan in Microsoft Project Professional (MPP)
• Compile and track resource requirements and costs
• Monitor and report operational costs, and make projections based on the planned vs. actual numbers
• Generate and track purchase orders
• Understand and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and teams
• Monitor risks and issues.
• Communicate clearly, precisely & effectively to team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 4-8 years' experience including ~ 2 years' as Project Manager, Team Lead, Project Lead roles in a cross-functional project environment, preferably from CMM level 3 to 5 organizations. Should have experience in performing functions listed under responsibilities Should have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client facing skills.
• Preferred if PMI / PMP / PRINCE Certified
• Good oral and written communication
• Good analytical capabilities
• Computer savvy with intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional (OR Other PM Software) and Excel.
