Candidate profile:
- BE / BTech (Computer Science), MCA, MBA (Systems & IT)
- Total 6-9 years of working experience in any reputed organization
- The candidate must possess analytical skills,
- Excellent English Communication both written and verbal with neutral accent,
- Decision making skill, ability to work autonomously, concern for quality,
- Positive Attitude, Interpersonal skills, team spirit.
- The candidates key roles are, analyze and understand the software requirement, communication with client if required, draw Flow charts, UML diagrams, presentation, explain concepts to developers, understanding SDLC, test the application using automation testing tools such as QTP.
