Exp: 3-5 years

Job Details:

1. 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, working with clients and technical teams in the finance domain.
2. Working knowledge of General ledger and Transfer Pricing functionality.
3. Thorough understanding and working experience in requirements analysis and design solutions for business problems.
4. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
5. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
6. Strong Knowledge of Excel Data Analysis, while VBA knowledge would be a PLUS
7. Able to clearly document the business problem, removing any ambiguity in understanding, and articulate a thorough and comprehensive solution
8. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in managing risks, scope and requirements for applications in production and projects.
9. Demonstrate effective inter-personal skills and able to work in and with teams.
10. Knowledge of PL/SQL to help analyze a problem would be needed.
11. Knowledge of Oracle OGL / OFSA would be a PLUS, but not mandated. The candidate would be trained for the same.
