Job Description:
- Building Solution concepts (concept notes, Concept Presentations on ECM, E-learning & Portals)
- Exploring Product Functionalities, Presentin product roadmaps, applicability in the business.
- Developing Functional Matrix of business need vs. technical solution (Product feature)
- Product evaluation and fitment
- Requirement gathering (+ Creating requirement templates)
- Process Mapping (Mapping workflows)
- Writing Business Case & Vision documents
- Business / Functional Consulting
- Information Architecture & User Research
Skills Needed:
- Product exp with either MOSS 2007 / Stellent / Documentum is a Must
- Exp wih MS Visio / BP Modeling tool like designer is a needed.
- Pre-Sales exp
- Presentation skills
- Communication
- Functional Knowledge of enterprise Content Space viz Document Management, Business Process Management , workflows, portals etc
- Business Analysis and Documentation skills
- Knowledge of Consulting frameworks
- Exp with tools like mind-mapping, card sorting etc.
